I went to the dealer and was told I would have to buy the whole rear panel on the left hand side, I said ok how much, $64.50 and it comes with the cover THEY said its the only way without a visit to the junk yard I'll just wait for awhile[:I][8)]

maybe contact someone with a 2001 that has installed the Mopar subwoofer to see if they have it laying around.

Does your PT have the necessary pivot point for the lid?

Ahhhh. I thought it was a cover for the entire hole in the panel... sort of like the one for the jack.. as Gilda used to say "NEVER MIND"

I was dumb enough to leave my 2001's cover in it when the insurance company towed it away. I thought the 2004's had them too. I realized they didn't when I got the GT.
