Finally... No more drama, so new thread.
I have a 2003 DC, 107,000 km, 5 speed. I got to finally see my parts installed, plus some extras I wasn't expecting.. Pteazer Smoothie with chrome Roadster grill Retro rear rollpan Painted door pillars Replaced fender Painted tail light covers. unexpected were the shorty antenna, chrome rear view mirror with orange flames, and the halo fog lights ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Thanks guys. I am tickled. I heard a magna flow system on a mazda I rode in yesterday. it sounded nice. can't wait to hear my car tomorrow afternoon. and only 1 tiny dent to show the front end was damaged before

exhaust is done. I go pick up my car in 45 mins. just having the fog lights hooked up...
what sucks is I'll get it back for 2 days then it goes back in the shop for the tune up and new intake. then get it back for a few days, then back in for fluids, timing belt and water pump... I miss my car. this dodge shadow is driving me nuts. no interior lights at all, cup holder is useless so I keep a cup between the legs (and forgot to close the slider and steering wheel hit it allready, talk about pain in the wrong place!!). I just can't stand driving it another day. |

Turns out I need a new switch for the fog lights. halos work but nothing from the fog lights. they work when wired direct... so a new switch is coming with the intake manifold....
spare doesn't fit under the car right now either. the mounting bracket was bent from the rear end damage that was unseen. I'll swing by my body shop and see what they can do. and going to replace the battery as well this week. damned money pit lol. and the following week I am booked in for new timing belt, water pump and tensioner bearing. |

Driving last night I noticed quicker acceleration over stock and it sounded awesome around 4k rpm with my foot into it. the slight stutter I had around there is now gone completely. rear hatch opens and closes very nice....
and I drive down right next to where the cruise in happens. I had lots of second looks and a few thumbs up ![]() As worried as I was and as long as this took, I am still pretty happy. At least Ken has done things to make up for the delays. I will give him that. I had fun driving tonight and I know with the next few things done, it gets better... this weather has to change though so I can do some detailing. I have worked lined up but it's nuts... I drove home in mixed snow and rain!! it's the end of march man. I was allready on second trip on the bike up north of here through the mountains |
