Default 2003 GT 5 speed

I got a stage3 intercooler coming and started dismantling the front end to remove the trade in stock one. Good time to start on a few other goodies as they have slowly been building up in the house.

I have saw 550lbs torque on other cars but im not sure on the exact hp/tq rating for the PT's application. I have read about several PT's running 400+HP through them. Any more than spec3+ and its not fun to drive around town as it will chatter/lock instantly releasing the clutch petal From my research this is the best for hp im shooting for and still be decent in traffic

If that's the Spec S3+, it's rated to 475 for the Neon iteration.. Obviously that's the NVT350 vs the Getrag, but at least it's something to go on.

Old project log. But curious on any updates? I see you were in the process of putting a new clutch in and a "stage 2 intercooler" Did not know they made or had made an aftermarket intercooler for the GT's.

Well been a while since i updated what i have done with this build.

Have MPX adjustable cam gears

3bar sensors:

Return line worked out good (i did remove the cruise canister) as i won't be using it anyway.

Got the pod loaded with another AEM air/fuel gauge like i have in my 04' Also my electric exhaust cutout switch is covertly mounted at the top as shown.

Started working on the 3" intake but the k&n cone filter was to large for this setup. But went another route.

I have posted this before and have been asked how they work so here is the best way to get the air out of these cars. Its a Lisle 24610 funnel (prices average $30-$40 online)

Threw together a homemade 3" intake to fit the turbo. Will be painted and still need to drill holes for sensors but looks like its gonna work out.
