hey guys, it's weird posting about this cuz in Death of an icon i mentioned that it would break my heart to get into another PT, but it's true what they say. The PT Cruiser isn't just a car, it's a lifestyle. I'd like everyone to say hello to Alexa. She's an 07 Limited Turbo. my dad found her through kbb.com and all i wanted to do was see her. I checked her out from front to back top to bottom and even the engine. the guy as if i wanted to see what kinda deal i can get and i said ok lets see what happens. then he let me drive her. That was the clincher. that turbo definitely made a difference. my payments are 180 bones a month with nothing down. i couldnt pass that up. she has over 68k miles on her but i have a warranty through Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep of san antonio, so when that timing belt snaps, she'll be covered. i miss Eve so bad but with death come's new life.

i read about your misfortune about a week ago and i thought it was pretty sad.... then i never read anything else about it. two minutes ago i saw the thread where you posted your pics and "can't so it again" commentary. it was kinda sad to read. now i see this and i can't stop giggling. best of luck with the new car. enjoy it. having the same model car for the second time is better in a way. you learn to do better from the mistakes you made on the first. not big mistakes, the little things. enjoy it, do it better, and know what to leave alone. like a second chance to get things perfect.

one question though... was the first one a turbo?

You'll love the turbo lite - regular gas, and I even get a couple MPG BETTER than I got with my '02.

Awsome!....Glad to hear you were able to get past the whole 'Another PT' thing,and now another PT is driving the roads of the 'Lone Star' state........Let the 'modding' begin!lol
