Interestingly enough, they rolled off the assembly line 2 cars apart. The last digits of the vins are 630 and 633. Despite that, the dash plaques are not sequential. I have read that when they assembled these cars they simply reached into a box with the dash plaques and grabbed any and stuck it on. They were not sequentially placed. I can confirm that with my cars. Car 630 has a Dream number of 1770 and car 633 is 1685.
That's pretty cool that you ended up with 2 DC2's so close in VIN

Well I was able to find a bit of time to pull the transmission out and repair my botched clutch job. I installed the pilot bushing into the flywheel and reassembled everything, and my vibration was gone as expected.

Oh well, while the trans was out for the second time, I installed new power steering lines. The old ones were very age cracked and soon to fail. I am happy I was able to get those done. Of course it's not necessary to pull the trans to do that job, but it sure is much easier with the trans out of the way.

Below are pictures of the pilot bushing I installed into my flywheel. Sorry the pictures are poor as I was in a rush and didn't frame them nicely or even clean the parts. lol Oh well, at least you can see what I was talking about.
