Also a WARNING do not attempt to copy what we do unless you truly believe I know what I am doing (guess that rules out most members here?) and can duplicate the project in every detail. I have been told so often in my life that I don't know what I am doing so maybe better just look at my pictures and have a good laugh on me with my fun with our PT.

I started with just a few decals to make the engine compartment look a bit more "Hot Rod"?
Now I am getting out the "saw" and cutting up good metal to see what I can make?

This project is "NOT" for the faint of heart and there are no guarantees as to the results. In fact I am not even going to flow it when I am done. As they say at a local track I will "run what I brung" with it!

You can enjoy the pictures, ask questions, make speculation as long as they are positive!!!!!
I am not sure I will give a technical answer maybe a lot of "IMO's" That way it will keep me out of trouble if it don't work? You might get the.....

Time to get to work!!!!!

I have many pictures to post if "quoting" please delete out pictures in your responses unless they have specific relevance.

Thanks

This is not a stock TB (Throttle Body)

The measurement is at the top not the inside runner area which tappers down small to around 51-52mm which is even smaller then the OEM TB bore size?? ??? Yup?

Look at the gasket compared to the port. Lots of material can be removed and blended into the port. The trick is to match the intake port size and shape to the head.

Based on these photos, I feel there's now going to be some "portin'" going on.
