The Empire wheels only came in 17". I believe Chrysler introduced them in 2004

Thanks. This is stock colors on a 2004 Dream Cruiser. They did a Black and Silver combination in 2010.

Joe, if mamor---oops excuse me, memory serves the 04 Dreams even had blue tinted glass?

That is correct. Except that I now have a clear windshield, as mine had way to many chips and started to crack. A new blue tinted windshield if it can be found is about $1400.00 I'm okay with the clear one.
