Hi Rob, I have an issue with my 2.2crd. My switch is damaged and actuator pin broke. I noticed the device you used and am looking at doing it the same way. Can you tell me what you used and how I can possibly bind the tool with the switch as it's kinda worn out. It's round from using a flat screw driver to start the car. I am from South Africa and the chrysler store here does not sell it loose and want me to purchase a full steering column and I will need to order it which could take 3 to 4 weeks and us alarmingly expensive. If I order it online I will pay just as much as the customs costs, taxes and shipping costs along with the part is shocking. Just joined the forum, and noticed you live in Darien! So do I, across the street from the library.
So I noticed your the man removing an instrument cluster. Got the cover off and I am repairing it tonight. So any thoughts other than what's on the board to pull the cluster?

Hey rob342, I'm pretty sure I've read in a post from long ago about adding interior lights. You chimed in on the conversation and help that member out. I've added some to the interior and under the mirrors on the outside as curtesy light and I can't get them to work with the dome lights.. My plan was to get the mirror lights to work with the unlock button on my remote.. I found the yellow wire under the a piller and tapped into it but they done work. The lights I added come on with the dome lights go out... I'm not sure where to go from there.. Any thoughts?

My "real" wish list would have been things like driver's seat, doors, wheels... lol... no.

I experienced the exact same noise and made an incorrect diagnosis. I correctly diagnosed it as the wheel bearing, but found it to be the opposite side of what I "thought" the noise was coming. Hard...

The harmonic balancer was not pressed on all the way.
