Hey Lynn, I know a guy that's wanting to put a head gasket on his 08 Dodge Caliber 2.0. He's got an mls head gasket and is wanting to know if he's okay to use a copper spray on the gasket on the install. I told him I wouldn't do it, but am not sure. What say you?

Hello Nitro, I've got an 04 GT HO Auto-stick, throwing on a Blow-Off valve plate, was just wandering if you'd recommend putting the rtv high temp sealant on both sides of the gasket> Thanks for your help, Z.

I went to the Modern Performance website to look for adjustable timing gears. All I found there was the Mopar original equipment Crankshaft Timing Sprocket, Model #220260. Am I looking in the right place? Have they discontinued the part you were talking about?

I also found a dyno 35 miles away that will charge $65 for 3 pulls. They work on weeknights & weekends, so I'm working on finding a time to hook up my PT before I tear into it.

I also ordered a head gasket set, so I can get to the exhaust ports while I'm under the hood.

I saw the pic of your exhaust, which shows it exiting under the vehicle. I'm gonna have to look this up, b/c it seems to me like our state requirements mandate that it has to exit beyond the body, horizontally, whether at the side or rear. It's probably bored in state regs somewhere, so throw a rope if I stay down there too long.
