Hey man, if you want to block someone, it's really easy. Just look at the top left corner and click on your usercp. That will take you to the control panel. It's on the left hand side of the page. Look under the settings and options header and the last topic there is edit Ignore list. Click on it and enter members name and you can just click on ignore and you won't see anymore of his posts.
