If it the Transaxle when the car is in gear would it stall out. Does a transaxle cost a lot and are they hard to put on.

Hey man my names Nate, Im 16 and own a 2001 5 speed PTC. I love my Pt and love that my first car is a Pt, but my trans is messed up. My car will go into gear but wont move or stall out. The clutch feels fine, and the car runs like normal. I dont know whats wrong with my car people have told me it the clutch but the clutch feels okay and the car goes into gear. If you know what it is or have a idea plz let me know. Please and thank you
