I already replied to your post sorry about what happen to you its sounds like your one of the few it has happen to. I just don't see it being recalled. Also you stated you serviced the tranny as needed a lot of people don't realize you can service any thing as much as you want but the way drive it falls into play as well if your not the original owner there's no telling if the previous owners abused the car I don't care how much and how on time you are with the services on car putting a lot of strain on things will cause them to break down
