Indiana / Michigan PT club meeting

It's time again for the yearly PT club planning meeting for the PT Cruisers of Michiana.

Anyone is welcome to join in.
It's Sunday, January 11th from 2-5 at Davinci's Italian restaurant in Elkhart, Indiana.

It's 1/4 mile south of the toll road exit 96, on Cassopolis street.

The buffett is $12.95. We will be opening the floor to new activities, charity events, cruises, and new members.

Members of other regional clubs are encouraged to attend, in hopes of a multi-club cruise-in and picnic next fall.

We met with 45 PT'ers and have planned a 12-Mile multiclub cruise-in on August 7th.
The location is Twelve Mile, Indiana, about 60 miles north of Indy.

More news will follow as we get things planned.

Here's a tentative list of local meetings for 2004.
The PT Cruisers of Michiana wecome guests to join in most events.
(the pool party and Christmas party are reserved for members only)

Feb 15th -The B’s have agreed to arrange a bowling
outing in Elkhart at a new bowling center. Details will follow
later.

March -14th Smith said that she hopes to
have a surprise for us this month and will let us know ASAP.

April- 3rd 11:00 A.M.. local time. Christman will arrange
a tour of The Hoosier Baseball Bat Museum in Valporaiso and
dinner for the group.

May 16th Bob and Kathy of the famed poker run crew
will host the Annual Poker Run.

May 31st Brown’s are going to give us information on the
Memorial Day parade in Osceola with more info to follow.

June 13th Seyller of the famed wine cellars
will organize the wine tasting and picnic for June.

June 25 4:00 P.M. Leatherman are planning to
enter our group in the Warsaw City of Lakes Sesquicentennial
Parade for those who aren’t at the Falls.

June 25-27 Cruise the Falls - Niagara Falls Ontario

July 11th Splish Splash, we will be taking a bath-where else
but in the Bowlby’s swimming pool. This is our annual group
bath.

Aug 7th (possibly) -for a multi club cruise with
members of groups from Hammond, Indy, Cleveland and St.
Louis. Possibly in the town of Twelve Mile, Indiana.
Bowlby said if Twelve Mile ever saw the Hell’s Angels in their
little town they really haven’t seen anything-cause here
come the cruisers.

Aug 14th Coomer's are
arranging a Parade meeting in
Middlebury at their summer fest and
then a picnic at either Kyders Gardens
or Riverbend park.

Sept. 12 Borsodi will work
on a dinner theater outing possible at
the Blue Gate in Shipshewanna or the
Theater at Amish Acres.

Oct 10th J and N are back with their fun filled wine run
and dinner at Big “T’s”-see I got it right this time -not Mr T’s.

I saw in your list of events the Warsaw Sesquicentennial parade. The date and time of the parade are incorrect. The correct date and time is SATURDAY, JUNE 26, 10 AM. We would love to have PT Cruisers in the parade. Parade entry forms can be found at www.warsawcity.net. Hope lots of you can come and enjoy Warsaw's Sesquicentennial.

Thank you! You are right. The information I had in January when we prepared the list was since corrected. This will be a really fun time. It only happens once every 150 years! Just like any other time we plan to have fun, fun, fun. If there is any one who would like to join in, please contact me. The more the better! Hope to see you there!

They live in the heart of downtown Warsaw, Indiana.

They will be the contact for the parade in June.
I will be at Cruise-the-Falls, and hope to see photos of the parade when the 12 of us return frokm Niagara.
