Is that white smoke out the tailpipe? If it is, that's what happens when oil gets into the combustion system. Not good.

A blown head gasket would allow oil to get into 1 or 2 of the cylinders and cause white smoke and you'd loose power from either or both of those cylinders. Engine making less power would need higher revs to get going. Still would have almost nothing to do with changing the oil. Maybe a coincidence?

P.S. Please don't start a new thread every time you have a question on the same things that's happening. Just add another post to the on-going thread.

You can't think of cost till you find out what the problem is.

Is the white smoke coming out the tail pipe or did you spill oil on the engine engines electrical (namely coil or wires) and exhaust manifold.
Its odd that you problem started only after changing the oil?

Few questions;

1. Where are you located? Update your signature; sometimes a member will offer help if they're local to you.

2. Any engine codes?

3. To better help you figure out what's going on, you should provide information for questions asked such as 'is the white smoke coming from your tailpipe?'

For us to help you, you need to help us. Organize your thoughts, educate yourself with what you're reading here/wherever, and provide us some info on the situation.

Check your coolant, are you running low?

Pull your oil dipstick tube; is it milky at all?
