Sorry for not remembering your name, I was just not my usual self!

Was that you in the MG (B or C)? Nice looking car, you should have pulled over by us so we could look at it. Thanks again for stopping by, it was good meeting you!

Paul, Please tell Jill that Ruth and myself said a prayer for her Mother
and for her. Ruth loves to spend time out in the yard gardening also.
Its so piece full.

Thank you for the kind thoughts and prayers. Saturday we all got a lot cleared out at her Mom's house and a bit more to go, Jill's sister is living there and we (the family) gave her the house for caring for her Mother for the last 7 or so years as sole care taker (dealing with Alzheimer's is a full time job).. Jill sure loves playing in the dirt, came home from work one day last week and she greeted me dirt up to her elbows. Garden is in and she is now trimming all the bushes in the front..... I just let her go and give compliments.

We are STILL planning on having you all over our place for a cookout and some chatting. Will also discuss the Friday Dream Cruise get together on Woodward (amongst other cruises I would like to hold). Jill and I go to the same spot for years and will hold spaces.

Sounds good to me. The only thing I can say. I wish I had stock in Bordines.
Ruth took classes to become a master gardener. I know what you are saying
about the dirt ! Boy, do I know what you are saying!

UnitD77: I, for one, am a long time retired and not a religious person, so, one day of the week is pretty much the same as any other for me. However, Monday thru Friday are normal work days for most of the guys and, to varying degrees, most are religious and involved with their church.

Maybe, we can work out something on a Sunday afternoon where we could hook up for a 'meet and greet.' Perhaps somewhere like the Auburn Hills area, which would be around a center point for most.

Jill and I took the convertible for a spin Friday... went to St Clair park on the river front (Palmer Park). Real nice place to sit and relax. Went to the Tim Hortons around the corner and got a couple sammiches and fancy iced mocha, latte slurpie coffees. Sat at the picnic table and watched 2 freighters go by and a bunch of jet skiers going bananas. From there back roads to Country Smoke House and picked up a 3 pack of baby back pork ribs..... hell was $2.99 a pound and look great and also bought 4 cow bones for the doggies. Was home by 4PM zoo rush hour and went about 120 miles. Poor gal now has 41,000 miles. Sun burned but NOT Jill, she was smart and had put on sun screen before we took off...…… my burn was subdued by the Bourbon and sitting in our hillbilly pool. Ahhhh… the good life.

Yeah my work schedule is 4PM to 2AM Wednesday through Saturday, So I'm busy all afternoon, and too tired to wake up early. I'd definitely be down for a Sunday afternoon meet-n-greet.

Sounds good! we'll have to get together and pick a location and then let everyone know where and when.

I'll check out a few locations this Sunday and see if I can't find a place that's nice and has a lot so a group of Cruisers could park in the same general area.

Then we can go from there!
