The person we bought it from was a engineer for Chrysler. In fact you might
know him. Tomorrow, I will find his name. Anyways, he never put the top
down. In fact, no one ever sat in the back seat. When Ruth and I opened
the trunk, the scoop was wrapped in plastic along with the boot also
still wrapped . I hope this makes more sense.

I guess I don't get it. Why buy a convertible and never put the top down... I drop mine every chance I get.... even if I need to have heater on full blast or AC on, don't matter. Like riding a motorcycle, a convertible with top down with only sky above appreciating the openness all around. Gives one a different perspective of the surroundings.

It sure does Paul. After Ruth had surgery, She has to be careful with the
sun. Once the sun starts to go down, that's a different story. I think there
is a song about, When the sun goes down, just saying . Why someone
would order a convertible and never put the top down. I don`t understand
myself.

Todd is Handy_Cruiser. He bought a wrecked convertible and put together the vehicle you like, the one with the hood you admire and the rear wing Rick showed you.

Thanks for all great info. Handy Cruiser plays music and is a Great Lover.
Now, I know the whole story. I will be looking forward to hearing a new
X-mass song this year.

Doug

I have a couple of Sawzalls with carbide blades that would remove the top lickety split.... then you will know. A 4 door no top non-convertible

Yep, I do like that rear end... what a minute.... too bad those spoilers are pretty much extinct and those available go for a "are you effing kidding me" price.
