Hi! I'm not quite in "New Mexico" I'm actually in "The Mexico" or "Old Mexico", I'm in Mexicali City, in Baja, Mexico, the heart of the Baja 1000, I wish I couldo go sometime there, I've been in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and I loved it, very nice towns, best regards, Ramon Nuno

I can't see how you would race with a SRT in a Baja Off Road Race, but in the Baja 2000, in the past year 2000, there were a couple of weird racers, a guy in a Kenworth Trailer truck, well modified and the suspension system reinforced to withstand the rough terrain, salty sands, rocky hills, and so, but the weirdest were a guy in a Honda Elite Scooter, a 150cc. that is, and he made it to the finish lane, another weird mods like an Off Road modified Harley Davidson Softail, and surprisingly, owned bay some Japs, anyway, every vehicle is fully handmade, no stock or OEM cars can withstand the torture of the Race, I already ran that race a few years ago, the Tecate Score San Felipe 250, back in the 90's in my famous Frog, a 1975 VW Beetle.
This race is Fun, Dangerous as Hell, and Pricy, Very expensive, we may get together an go see the race in some viewpoints I already know, but if you try to race with an SRT Neon, may be possible, but I can assure you It will be the last thing you'll be able t do with your precious car.
