ATTENTION.. Anyone scammed by Alex

I will not post more on this.
DO NOT post your names in this thread please. Contact me by by email from this site. If you would like me to hold off on filing charges let me know ASAP. It will only take one response from someone who was scammed( I must have proof of it, if I dont know about you), as I am doing this on behalf of EVEYONE scammed, not individual cases. BUT please email me & tell me. Do not post it here. I have no problems holding off, as I have nothing to gain( with the exception that she is getting nailed to the wall).

What would you like me to do seriously.... you have no idea why i am giving refunds you have no idea why I can't get the product like I thought. Also I never said anything about ripping anyone off I just offered refunds is that not fair? Its only been 2-3 weeks. For the 5th time I can not get into the chat room to get anyone contact information...so what the fock would you like me to do. I only have ptlilys screen name which he hasn't been online. So you please tell me what the fock do you want me to do for real??? A refund isn't good enough to you then what ????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????
I would really like to know. If your going to take action against me why would I even brother giving refunds...I might as well wait for that. So you pick..everyone to get a refund this week or two or you "take action" against me. Its simple as that. Besides go ahead and take action against me because by the time everything goes through everyone will get their money back. so please go ahead and pass on the note that I need email address of people because I no longer have them or better yet if your so concered why dont you send them to me....

If you are wonding about her not sending the cash. She will have to regardless. They WILL make her pay restution on all cases, so her post about not sending the cash, doesnt hold water. If she does send it back to you. That still holds her accountable for the crime she comitted. She CANNOT say that she wont pay if I press charges(well, she did) because that is just another criminal act from her & more charges ontop of what she will already have.
So like I said. If you want me to hold off & you actually think she is telling the truth, for once( I dont see how anyone in their right mind would think this) I will. But, the other thing I may do is put the one person( if it is only one person), as a victim, but with-holding charges.
Just so I can get the ball rolling.

Sorry, I havent been on top of this lately. Been busy trying to get the vette finished, & my house fixed, & finding another(in another country mind you) before or next vacation here in a few weeks.

I havent checked my email in a few weeks. I get on the PC a few minutes out of the day( yes I admit I do post when I should be doing other things).

At the very least everyone involved should have submitted their complaint to the IFCC. It takes about 5 minutes to do.
Also after reapeated emails to others involved, they still have yet to respond to me(I actually gave them my number to call me). So I have not included them in the complaint.

Expresso, please contact me ASAP, we will nail her to the wall. She has lied time and again. I do have the proof that she owes me money, a mere piddling as far as that goes, only $250 but she knew I was disabled and knew that I couldn't afford much but she scammed me anyway. She says that a guy absconded with the money, her's too. That's a bunch of crap. I have her address and phone number (cell) it's listed on another forum that someone was kind enough to send you the link to. Check it out and get back to me please. I want her butt BAD!!!![xx(]

DO NOT let this thread die. If you have been involved at all, please send me an email or send one to espresso. I am trying to put together a list of all those involved to send to the proper autorities. I have seen mention of numerous steps that can be taken, but I have no experience with the law and what needs to be done and more importantly what has already been done. I just want to get all the info. organized and see justice served. I spent four hours today just following links to other forums about "Alex the scammer." I am going to contact these other people who have been involved since at least 2003. She is still doing this scam!!! I am amazed that she can still be doing this.

I need help with any threads or posts found in other forums? Just let me know where the thread is-so I can copy it for our file.

There was a thread on ptforums.com that had alex's comments deleted-Does anyone know how to get a copy of the pre-deleted thread.

I will gladly accept any advice from our legal or law personnel out there.

I tried on two different computers to copy the threads on this forum and the right 1\3 keeps getting cut off. Specifically "16,17,18 inch American racing casino"-that was the title. Anyone else having this problem?

This was written by the scammer, because, i have gotten curious about this,
As i told espresso in an e-mail this person is clearly not legit, because, IF she had ever shipped via DHL she would know, for a fact that is costs WAY more than $17.50 to ship a bumper. My dad works for them so i have a little knowledge behind the costs and what not, but anyway, i figured i would point this out. I want you to make him/her ROT in a jain cell for the rest of his/her's miserbale life.
I HATE these scammers. Screwing good hard-working folks out of there money.
