Default Life Line

Has anyone used or know anyone that has this Life Line stop smoking system. It's a three injections on a Dr's visit and med's to take home. The wife wanted us both to do it but at $400. a person I opted to go cold turkey. Well she got hostle and made it for three days before we where both wanting her to smoke but even then she was irritated for another day. We went back a week later for her to get a booster ( injections ) and she still thinks she wants to smoke but think it's just her mental urges not physical which the injections are suppost to cure anyways. Heard of success but there where three others getting a second dose the same day she got her's. Just wondering if anyone has succeeded or failed doing it. It's been three days and she's not so irritable this time with no failures. If it works and anyone interested I can give you the info. The actual company is here is Fl. and not sure if they are nationwide but would guess so.

I stop it 2 years ago.Just saying "this is my last one".
This is a very personal question.Someone must be helped, the other can stop in one time, but be sure doing it only for you, by thinking at your health.
Good luck [8D]

I quit March 16, 1996 and everytime I walk by someone smoking I want one. The urge never goes away. I quit cold turkey because at the time my 4 year old daughter would not kiss me goodnight because I smelled. I was told that the urge last for 15 seconds, thats why so many people substitute with food, then you have another problem. Curb the urge for 15 seconds and the times between the 15 seconds gets longer. I'm not preaching hopefully adding some reenforcement to quit. Here's another, NJ it's over $6.00 a pack that's a lot of MODS to the PT. Good Luck [?]

[8] I quit Jan '03 When I want a smoke now I breake out a calculator!
I smoked almost 2 packs a day so.. at about $5.00 a day, times 365 days a year, thats $1825.00 I was just burning up. Thats a lot of mods! Plus 6 months after I quit I had quintple cardiac bypass. I DONT want to do that again! So, I have a lot of incentive to stay quit!!

well she's hanging in there. Me yea it's just an urge that passes and ofcourse always when I'd have one normally. I quite once before where she couldn't when it was her alone that wanted to and then she never lasted half a day and was in a panic for one so I am assuming this Life Line treatment helps. Now the mental side it even claims not to touch which is the harder and longer lasting if ever trully goes away like said above. The time of the urges lasts about how long it takes to smoke one and gets shorter as time goes on but stronger at the same time. Getting all the nicotine out of the system isn't the end of it. I give this a year and if done by then, I'll consider us truly non smokers, until then we are just quiting.
