I spoke with a Club Photo representative who told me they are aware of the problem and working to find a solution. Just recently they upgraded their site-security and since then the problem surfaced. Hopefully, this matter will be resolved soon.

It looks like my email to Club Photo produced positive results.
  They replaced the "missing jpg endings" in the URLs of my PICS and now all works well! [^] [8D]
