anyone ever see a pt as a drag race car ??
hello all, i have been to raceway park (new jersey) a few times this year and was wondering has anyone ever seen a pt as a full blown race car ?? would love to see pics if anyone has any

|
While a handful of guys have swapped out the stock turbo for a bigger unit and are running high 12 second 1/4 times (these cars are still daily drivers by the way), and several of us are running low 14s and a few very high 13s with our only slightly modded Cruisers, it seems Chrysler UK went all out and created the beast you see here and in the videos linked to below.

Looks like the same dragster in this photo:
http://www.musclecars.net/showcardetail.php?c=m&o=2488 Did you notice the drivers position? Also, I think it must be rear-wheel drive since it has a wheelie bar. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it impossible to "pop a wheelie" with a front wheel drive car?
