Default My Fathers Car

I was wondering if anybody here can help me.
My father owns a 2004 Grand Caravan and is having problems diagnosed as bad sway bar end links and bushings. What I need help with is are they easy to replace and if so how is it done.
I have previously installed rear sway bars but only on older GM vehicles. Ay help on this matter wil be greatly appreciated

I'm assuming this is for the front end of the vehicle, and if so it should be fairly straightforward. I would recommend a good set of polyurethane bushings rather than rubber ones. They'll live longer and won't be as mushy. There is a Dodge Caravan forum at http://www.dodgeforum.com/forumid_30/tt.htm and I'd think you should find some good help over there.
