It it often the case that it takes the mother's income as well as the father's to make ends meet. It's a financial reason.

That is often the case as well.. But my opinion is that you shouldn't have kids that you can't provide for.. but you make a good point.

I agree somewhat with you on the point of NOT having kids you can't provide for, but things change for no apparent reason and what once was financially sustainable and planned can crumble in a matter of seconds.

My thoughts are that there is no BAD or GOOD character, it's all about how you deal with what live throws at you, if you're positive no matter how bad things turn out, you'll find SOMETHING good about it and vice-versa.
