Actually, I do believe they ALL share a common agenda in the end:
"Do what I have to do to get my sorry butt (re)elected - beg, borrow, steal, conspire, kill, spin, bribe......just keep me in an elected office 'cause I'm not qualified to work in the private sector!!!!"

I think your correct in that but I still prefer the group that does not want to reach so far into my pocket to further their agenda.
