I happen to own both a 2007 HHR 2lt loaded up....& my 2005 PT GT vert with 2000 miles on it.......
As far as interior PT win hands down.... as far as ride.....electronics...Onstar...sound system....fuel economy....mech. break down....HHR is on top. ![]()

The electronics on the 06 and up PT's is improved over earlier PT's, (my opinion, I have an 04 gt and my wife now has an 07 PCH and we both had earlier PT's) I drove a rental HHR for a week, (my pt was in the body shop after getting hit) I didn't find that the sound system or the fuel economy were better at all, at most the same as a PT. srg |

My HHR gets an average of 28 city......32 hwy.....I have about 2500 miles on it....& that should increase....
The sound system is a JBL with subwoofer from Chevy....alot better than the stock my PT ....Nav Radio RB1 "top of the line" I do like my convertible for it's looks & trunk space in a vert.

When we see a HHR, we both say, "PT wannabe".
