Default I'm back....

Sorry for the un-expected absence

I got 2 cottages at Houghton Lake to myself and a few friends for Memorial Day weekend. I got the cottages from Monday-Wednesday. This weekend was amazing.

Anyways - I got some pics of some of the fun I was having in the PT.

Enjoy!!

Ron,

Glad you had a good time and glad your still in one piece. Why do I say that? I've been with the Sheriff's office for 7 years now. I've seen the end result of things that wold make a billy goat puke. It's not fun. Traveling down a dark road at high speed and taking pictures of your speedometer isn't on the top of the list of smart things to do.

Your young, enjoy it, but be safe. No, I'm not your father. Just passing on some advice.

I have lived near Houghton Lake most of my life. The roads there are not straight and level. That said, remember bodies are hard to put back together, I used to work for a ambulance service and have picked up pieces!!!

Thanks, Carey. I know that was stupid, thought about it afterwards . Showing my friends that a PT can do 100mph was quite the scene at the cottage. I don't know why people think PT's are slow??

The road I was on was pretty flat, atleast for the part I got my speed. Good news - I did have my seatbelt on!

I did - From a little below that level, took $40 to get to the top. Having the tach pinned around 4,000RPMs doing 100mph doesn't help lol

Lol yeah but did you tell them it took nearly an hour and a full tank of gas for the car to reach that speed?

Never driven a 1st gen auto PT, but mine does 0-60 in about 7 seconds. PTs are not really slow when you look at it.
