Once again cruzin is right.Contrary to some believe's the officer is on duty while in court and paid for his time there and it is part of his normal time week.If your guilty of what ever, be honest and straight forward about it and don,t waste the courts time.In most cases they will agree to a plea bargin so as to run you thru the mill.You will meet with a member of the prosecution prior to standing in front of the hearing judge to declare your plea.Not a attorney, but married to one...Best wishes.....LT4Supr.
