Hey, I'm a member of one of those Mercedes forums. You want to get a bunch of guys riled up, ask them if it's okay to burn Regular gas instead Premium?

LOL...You'll get the canned "If you can't afford to put premium in the car, then obviously you can't afford the car" comment. ROFLAO

OR, there was a guy who asked if it was okay to use Zerex antifreeze rather than the MB brand. I can't repeat some of the things that were said over that one, but one guy did say that Zerex was $8 less per gallon, so you might use two gallons per two years, so why would you be so cheap to risk your Benz for $16 LOL....(even though the owners manual states that it's [I]recommended[I] to use MB brand, but not required.

Oh, and one more: don't ask about too many mods. You'll be told you need to save your money and buy an AMG model instead of trying to make your cheap $60k model look better LOL

I've dabbled with other car forums... most seem to be dominated by 12-18 year-olds, so this one is refreshing... seems to be many more adults here.

I am a member of many many BMW and Mercedes forums and the number one topic is girls boobs, girls knockers, girls knobs, girls tits, girls bazoos, etc etc etc. A bunch of guys with a lot more money than brains. To tell you the truth I am really getting tired of all the funny jokes, and near phonographic photos of gals. I am not a prude, but really enough is enough. I complained to the moderator but they are looking at hits for advertising so nothing is done. I like a joke now and then even an off color one in the correct place but a study diet is kind of hard to take. It seems like the folks here are quite a little more adult.
