Should I trade my 2000 Neon Highline for a 1998 Neon R/T????

I am seriously thinking about trading my Deep Amythest Pearl 2000 Neon Highline to a buddy of mine for his black w/silver striped 1998 Neon R/T.

My Neon has the 2.0L SOHC with 100,000 miles, 5-speed tranny, and NO power options. (very well cared for, very clean, runs perfect)

The R/T has the 2.0L DOHC with 140,000, 5-speed tranny, and EVERY power option.(very well cared for, nice shape, runs good, all stock)

The original owner of the R/T put 80k miles on it and it was his baby. Always garage kept, maintanence done religiously. The second owner also takes good care of it. It has had synthetic oil it's entire life.

Also, I get to keep almost all of my aftermarket stuff off my Neon. (wheels, system, Autometer Tach, MSD coil, etc, etc.) The only things I have to leave on there are the C.A.I., the dual exhaust, and the Altezza's.

I have always wanted an R/T, and here may be my chance to own one! I should know within a week or so if we are going to trade or not.

I just want some of your opinions on whether I should go thru with this trade.
