Default Knotsobright1... Really.

Well I'll go ahead and take the intro plunge along with Jabouty. I have been working on cars for quite a while. I can work on older cars/trucks ( buy a Ramcharger and you'll learn fast) but I am a product of the computer age. I work for Bright House networks so that's where the name comes from. I have to say of all the other PT sites I have seen this is by far the best. I am located in Indiana.

Welcome to the forum. This site is made up of lots of backyard mechanics (myself included) who have been tinkering with cars for more years than we care to remember. Myself, I've been on most of the PT Cruiser sites since they came into the WWW and seen or heard about everything that can go wrong with them. We also have some great experts that pop in once in awhile to set us write when we need it. The more the merrier so again, welcome to the forum.

P.S. I have the Bright House combo plus (internet, phone and TV) so everything I do depends on you.

Inferno red base manual trans. Bought for my wife in 2002. Been a great car until recently. Not much done aftermarket wise. K&N drop in filter, booger bushings at trans and shifter, short throw shifter.

I had a pretty good feeling with as many people on here from FL I would find a few whom had or knew about Bright House. They are a much bigger company in FL then in Indiana. I actually grew up in FL. The name of the town believe it or not was called Niceville. It's about 15 west of Destin.
