Default hey

I got my Winter car all ready charged up, running, cleaned, and fixed some of the rust again...my 500$ Toyota is ready to roll again.....hopefully trouble free for the winter...my PT will be tucked away again in a garage under its cover as soon as the talk of snow hits the airways by our local weathermen...not that they are ever right anyway....Good thing that airconditioning is working again in the PT. I was using the heater on the way to work this morning....only 6 degrees celcius this morning. People were wearing toques yesterday at the CFL game between our Edmonton Eskimos and the Saskatchewan Roughriders.........I froze at the game with wind up to 50km/h, rain, etc.........We lost too. I was warmer and had more fun at our NHL hockey game indoors a week ago. Also the hockey game between the Edmonton Oilers and the Florida Panthers was not full of a bunch of drunken swearing fighting idiots........The hockey is indoors....less drunks as tickets are more money and the beer is more expensive........Maybe this winter I'll pass the same idiot in his HUmmer H2 broken down beside the road again in my Toyota

You need to come down a little further south. I haven't seen snow in over 10 years. :P Unfortunately my vert doesn't have A/C So it's great for winter, but a PITA in the summer.

But then again, the closest to a hill you get down here are speed bumps.

No way, check it out - 10 hours to Manhattan, 10 hours to Indianapolis, 10 hours to Clearwater, 7 hours to DC, 5 hours to Atlanta, 5 hours to Richmond, 4 hours to Charleston, 4 hours to Tail of the Dragon, 3 hours to Grandfather Mountain, 3 hours to Myrtle Beach, 2 hours to Asheville, 2 hours to Boone...

I can hit a Broadway play, the beach, the National Museums, the mountains, whatever I want, all in less than a day's drive. No way am I moving sown there to "Hurricane Central"!!!

Better yet, 10 minute walk to my boat dock and out on a beautiful 33,000 acre lake!!!
