my 500$ corolla for winter ....i tried the keyfob and the command start actually works and the remote locks...I never tried it before like all last frigging cold winter..................now I can warm it up on driveway from my window or front door and let my PT stay covered up and the mitsubishi endeavor in the garage.

You have a block heater, though, right? Of course, preheating the cabin shouldn't make you toooo uncomfortable.

I do NOT envy you guys up north (way-up), except in the summer
of course. Folks around here think it's cold when the temp drops below 50![]() Old Indian proverb: 'You can put on enough cloths to stay warm; but you can't take off enough to stay cool' (or something like that). Don't think there were any Indian's in Canada though... My PT has heated-seat's, never thought I'd want that as an option, it' nice - when it's 'cool' here, I hit the high button as soon as I crank the car and sometimes don't even turn on the heat driving into work. My wife likes it even more than I do, I think that will be a must for her next car.
