your insurance co could owe you money

if you are car is involved in an wreak, and the value of the car after repair is not the same as before then the insurance co. owes you the differance. example car is being traded in and the dealer offers you 15,000 trade, and now your car is in a wreak , after repair the same (or other) dealer only offers you 10,000 trade in because the car had been wreaked then the insurance owes you the 5,00 defferance again this is a FLORIDA LAW don't know about other states but just ask you or any insurance co. hope this helps some one.

The same here in the state of Georgia. The wife's 300M was involved in an accident last Christmas and the driver of the other vehicle(at fault)insurance company sent us a check for the "diminished value due to the accident" based on some previous Supreme Court ruling.
