Default wow!! its cold!!

hello all, im in staten island, new york and boy o boy its cold started at 18 and going down all day they say it will be 6 in new york city tonight and 0 or below tonight in the surburbs and tomm night!! gotta hate it!!

I hear ya... it was -22 degrees C here (-8 F) this morning with a wind chill of -32 degrees C (-26 F). FROSTY!!!

Wow...I sure don't miss that cold. I left Long Island in the summer of '78. The previous winter we had 6 foot drifts. Nope...don't miss it at all. Stay warm.

Haven't seen snow here in about 2 years. It was 66 degrees when I woke up Tuesday morning and 19 when I woke up Wednesday morning!

We have had below freezing temps here in Washington and Oregon--the roads have been like a skating rink. In fact, it got so bad last week around the greater Seattle area that the [u]Washington State Patrol was only investigating injury auto accidents</u>--the coldest worst weather in several years! [:0] The roads were one BIG ICY POND...no fun at all!!! [V] [B)]

It was 7 below at 9am today here in NH. It has warmed up to 1 degree and it`s almost 2:30 pm ,WOW, I feel warmer already.

Hey, Bob, I worked at the Teleport in Staten Island (by Goethals bridge) for several years, now am mostly in Joisey City.
It's those Canadians dumping their cold on us!

-18 in Bangor Maine this am with a wind chill of -30. It got up to 0 at noon. Retired, looking out at it and taking everyones word for it.
