Auto Show report

Just got back from the show, here is what excited me. (keep in mind at my age it doesn't take much)The Chevy SSR pick up is HOT. Removable top, retro look, 300 HP, down side a 2 seater, for 2 seats I'd take the Nissan "Z" great car for $33,000. The Honda element caught my attention, lots of room, although I little wierd looking. The Cruiser convertible do not interest me, I like my sedan better. The Chylser 300 is a real nice car, with the engine upgrade it will be a power house. The front end looks like a Bentley. Most embarassing moment at the show. I saw a salesman from my exotic dealer working the Lamborghini/Lutos display (which is ropped off from the public) I so went in like Donald Trump, and with everyone watching me, I attempted to sit in the new Lotus, guess what, I couldn't even get one leg in the car. Bad deal. Biggest disappointment, the Cadillac display, what are these guys thinking? Gary's picks> Best sport truck SSR, best useable truck, Dodge Hemi. Best mid priced sedan, toss up, Maxima, Galant. Best Luxury sedan, Maybach (this thing is unreal) Best sport mid range sports carNissan "Z". Best sports car money's no object> Austin Martin.

You should see what the replacement cost is on the Maybach headlamps.....we make em.

yep, I did my good deed that day. a dealer gave me 20 tickets, since my kids could not go (and my wife would never go) I went over to the line where people were buying tickets, looked for families with little kids, and gave the tickets away to them. That made their day,

Good for you Gary![?] If it had been me I would have given the extra tickets to hot looking women. Being single presents a different set of priorities.
