Default Ford Freestyle - The next big thing

I don't really know why I am taking the time to start a thread on this, but the forthcoming Freestyle is going to be a winner. It's a hybrid of minivan and SUV... that's right: it's a Station Wagon [?]

Here it is:

Full frame with available 4WD (Oh I'm sorry, I meant AWD) and a more reasonable body height campared to the Explorer. Interior has 3-rows of usable seats albeit the rears don't face rearward like the '71 Country Squire.

Oh how we've come full circle.

Not too bad looking for a minivan,but it ain't a cruiser.The grill is begging for a do-over!!
I remember riding on many a family vacations in the back of a ford s/w.My dad was a big man be even he couldn't reach all the way back to wack one of us!!

the big grin says the world dosen't need another minivan/suv/s.w./sportette/whatever it is

Skate boards rejoice in a celebration of a vehicle set on your style of boarding.

What I conceptually like about it is that it has the potential to actually take [u]away</u> some of the poseur SUV market... and some of the minivan market as well. Get those tirds off the road!! BTW: This is a good thing.

I think the socially acceptable term these days is anything ironically "sport", so I'd guess it's a Sport Wagon. No, wait - the PT is a sport wagon, and Subi makes a sport wagon. So I guess it's just a wagon. Boy, that'll never fly.

I'd rather see this thing on the road rather than another "truck".
