Default Investment Advice

If you had bought $1000 of Nortel stock one year ago, it would now be worth $49.00. With Enron, you would have $16.50 of the original $1000 left. With Worldcom, you would have less than $5.00 left.

Now, if you had taken that $1000 and bought beer with it, then turned in the cans for the 10 cent deposit, you would have $214.00

Based on the above, my current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle. This is my new retirement program...I call it my 401Keg program! [^]

Welcome back from "the hill", KMB60, and,
hope the skiing has been good!!!
Expect to see you at the Puget Sound Cruisers monthly meetings once the ski season has ended. PSC has a great new meeting place at Club Hollywood! [8D]

I have never been much of a skier--guess I didn't have
a good instructor. [?]
