Default Parking lots

Am I the only Cruiser who recieved that extra option shopping cart magnet. No matter where I park, out in left field, right up front, on a grass island I'll come out of a store and some BOZO's cart is up against my pride and joy. The cart rack is maybe 10 feet away but I guess when your in a hurry!!!!! I also get (same parking conditions) all by myself mind you, somebody who feels the need to park right next to me and close. I looked for the neon sign on my car that says HERE I AM but can't find it[xx(][xx(][xx(]

Haven't had the problem (yet) of the shopping carts but I have had experienced the car parked beside me. I always park just about as far away as I can and there will be no one else there. I park with one side against an island and get as close to it as I can. When I come out it amazes me to see that someone has parked beside me, especially with all the open spaces available in that area, not to mention all the parking spaces closer in.

Now if it was another PT it wouldn't brother me, but usually it's some junker.

I usually look for the more expensive cars to park by. I feel that if they drive that they won't want to damage there own by hitting mine. I also look for an island or a space where no one can park near it on one side. I park nearest the unable-to-park area too leaving way more room then needed on the other.

AH! Another + for Florida. Most of the senior citizens will do anything to park up close to the front doors of (name of store here). Parking in left field leaves me all the room I need! [8D]

Had to laugh. I have seen them actually circle the parking lot time and time again just for the right spot up close. I don't mind taking the hike from left field. The exercise will do me good.

I believe men in general will take the spot less likely to cause damage to the family jewels (PT Cruiser). I dont care where I park as long as I feel its a good minded spot and not likely to cause more of a headache.

Headache: When jerk puts cart or parks to close to cruiser

No Headache: When no one is near your cruiser and everything is well and good.

People seem to enjoy taking my valve stem caps, only the passenger side ones. Must be worth more street value or something?

Must be your part of the state. I've had mine on for over two years now without a problem.

KingKole,
You don't find a bunch of stuff in your pockets like I do before they go in the washing machine?

I try to stay away from the cart coral, seems here they get about
100 ft away and let it fly. When my son was little ,I used to put
different valve caps on his tires and one day he told me ,don't
put those fancy valve caps on my bike because the keep falling
off.LOL Put the lold black ones on and he didn't have anymore trouble
Get my point. If you have it and it is easy to remove ,some SOB will
take it.
