Hi guys, sorry I couldn't hook up with anyone last week while we were in FLA, no time really, the in-laws pretty much had the week booked up for us.

We had a fantastic time, the weather was beautiful. I can hardly wait to retire (another 25 years).

We drove down I-77, lots of really nice scenery along the way, the mountains in West Virginia are breath taking, next year we fly, it cost almost the same as we did stay in hotels three time for each way, add the gas, the food and the wear and tear on the vehicle = four airline ticks from Canada to FLA.

Again, sorry we couldn't hook up and thanks for the offer, maybe next year, we should have much more time then.

No problem. Its very understandable when you visit people that they usually have many, many things lined up to entertain you. There will be other times. Same thing happened to Cook. Seen you then.
Good to hear you got back safe and sound. And agree with you on that long distance traveling - there's nothing like a plane.

My family never drives unless its within light distance. Which means if its dark before we get there next time we fly.
