As CEO, somehow I don't think he was eating McDonalds... Steak, maybe.

Wife just told me of some report on bad stuff coming from the oil that's used to cook the fries from a couple of the bigger fast food places. Anyone heard that? Maybe that CEO had too much of his own fries? [:I]

Deep fry anything in ANY oil and it's not good for you,

I'll have a large order of fat, deep fried in fat with a side of fat on the side, and a small diet coke - to go.

Thats why I eat Subway. Honey Oat bread,Turkey, Ham, Bacon, Melt, with american white cheese, toasted, with parmesan cheese, black pepper, and green peppers. Or a roasted chicken breast with same everything else, also toasted.

Hey I didn't loose 40 lbs last year to regain it.

I had the worst case of food poisoning in my life from Subway. Maybe it was my fault for ordering the meatball sub! [:0] Meatballs must have waiting in that non-refridgerated container all day waiting for an unsuspecting customer like me to order it!

Crewzin,
Thats bad,
At least the lunch meat subs like what I eat won't get that way for sometime. Plus most of that container has leds and is cooled. The roasted chicken they mic to warm up, and on top of that I get it toasted. Comes out nice and warm all the way through both subs. Good.

I wouldn't recommend this but I accidently left a turkey ham and bacon melt in the PT while I went to some places and found it 3 hours later. I decieded to eat it since I was unable to get it warmed up and had to eat it like that anyways. It was still good. Of course I eat almost anything that I eat that has been anywhere. You should see my coffee, brown sugar, three creamers, sugar, milk, chocolate syrup, and sometimes pure peppermint. So maybe my stomach is so mess up it doesn't matter anymore.

Well, we do live longer than before...
however, the availability of large portion high crbohydrate and fat calorie foods everywhere, plus the relative decrease in excercise in our lives, will only foster obesity and increase the rate of coronary artery disease and diabetes.
Excercise more, eat right and responsibly and I won't have to treat your hypertension, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease and all the fun things associated with not taking care of yourself.
If not, well, it gives me something to do......
