no no, that's too shiny. it would make it everything else look bad. I'd need to send you the whole car then. its amazing how well you got the aluminum to match the steel though.

comparison just FYI for other people..

Only problem is , with the protective finishes polished off the steal it will be prone to rust if humidity and moisture are a factor where you live.

i catch your drift, but, i actually took a day off! it finally snowed a lot here so I seized the opportunity to terrorize the neighborhood. we got 10" of heavy wet snow overnight and more coming down. car gets a lot of funny looks. handles great in the snow. predictable, balanced, didn't get to meet all the folks I saw parked in ditches. I really missed RWD the past few years. I forgot how much fun it is to steer with the gas pedal.

these General Altimax Arctic tires work great! they said this is the 5th highest snowfall in the 135 years they've been recording
the only thing I think I'm working on today will be trying to find my sidewalk.

my woman has been put in charge of making the party favors for her sisters baby shower. she asked me if I wanted to help her make purses out of paper to fill with stuff. the way she was looking at me, I got the feeling "NO" was not the right answer. ironically in the ten minutes I spent eyeballing a pattern, she fell asleep. luckily when she woke up, she loved it. so now I need to make a larger and more exact pattern so I can print like 50 of them onto thicker, fancier paper.
