Yea, I know..I don't use them very much either. I pay 95% of my bills on-line and use my Debit card wherever I go, but once in awhile I have to write a "paper check". The 200 checks in my order will probably last me 5 years...and it's a nice novelty and topic starter.

It is sad, the lost art of putting a pen to paper. The other day I went to write a note and was disgusted to see my penmanship was worse than my 9 year olds!!

I know the exact feeling. Whenever I have to write something out I feel lost without the keyboard in front of me and have to "think" while I'm writing, what I'm writing, whereas when typing it's almost automatic (and of corse spel chcker is th gratest).
