these are close, just a hair stiffer. i have these here i use a lot as they're easier to get.

fellers... they sent me 15 of those 3M ones above last time i ordered golden squeegees. i called to complain, but they're under-trained and don't really care

i forgot about shipping. orders over $100 are free shipping and also if i want to pick something up and they dont have it at a local location(happens constantly) then it's also free shipping.
the tint slides on the wet glass so if i did it i would just start up a hair and use the squeegee edge to hold a corner of the rubber out, then run it along the rubber as the tint slid behind. i don't know if im describing that right, but i don't feel i'd need any special tool. occasionally i use a pick to pull the rubber back out as sometimes i accidentally fold it inwards while squeegeeing.

Thanks again, Rob.

I just order one from Amazon with free shipping. It will likely arrive before the tint does. I watched a video on this too. Hopefully, it will be easy now that I have the right squeegee.

I was wondering about the windows...
When the doors are opened, the side glass down a small amount
when you shut the doors they automatically go up...
guess you could unhook the battery..

I will just be doing the back glass and back side windows. Only the front side windows move with the door is opened. So hopefully, I'll be okay on that one.

I imagine my issue will be the convertible top. When that is opened, the rear side windows do move. So I may see if I can unlatch the top and manually open it just a little so the back windows stay up. I'm sure I'll figure it out and I'll do a write up for the forum when I do.

IMG_20170110_200118.jpg I'm going to build an automatic plant watering contraption. Currently i don't know any more about this than what it says on the package. I have an Arduino, a wifi shield, and an LCD screen lying around. So I'm thinking automatic plant waterer with a screen that tells me how dry the soil is and has the ability to add water via cell phone.

Won't one of those hand-blown glass thingies do the same job at keeping your house plants watered?

Sounds kinky. Hey, Rob wants to get "scientific" with his house plants.

Hey, I'm just joking. It sound like a great project and will take a lot of skill. You should keep us up to date on this one. I'd like to see how it works.
