Yep, Fizzgig is a 3 1/2 year old Lhaza Apso - a Valentine's Day present to my wife 3 years ago. I did not want a small dog, but as it turns out he's the best, coolest, funniest, most loveable pooch I've ever known!

My sister has two Lhaza Apso's. Know them well.

Our little guy once held his ground against my sister's 80lb Siberian Husky - fortunately the Siberian was an incredibly cool dog and didn't try to assert himself. Then there was the coyote we encountered one evening while on our daily walk. Fizzgig was dead set on taking on that ol' coyote, but I scooped him up and started walking down the street toward home. That coyote crossed the street and shadowed us for the entire block until I turned the corner. Needless to say, lot's of cats in the neighborhood become coyote fodder - I'm sort of surprised there are any cats left around here!
