As I stated in other forums Hurricane Francis is most likely headed along the eastern coast also. Now thats bad. Those people don't need anymore water! Here's a link, didn't have much time to read it but it for the general area. As far as Richmond, don't quote me here, but I thought this morning that I heard they got 10 feet in downtown Richmond. That's alot of water if true.

I didn't hear "10 feet" but they did get a lot of water. They showed pictures and said something like 10 square blocks of downtown Richmond was a disaster area and closed off. It showed cars piled on top of each other and people walking around in what looked like a foot of mud.

Haven't heard much about Richmond, have been packing things into the storage unit on the mainland. As of 8 PM, Frances has made a slight turn towards the north. Still doesn't look goo for the east coast of Florida.

Will be heading to Orlando Friday morning. At least I have a reservation at a Ramada Inn.

Hooligan, it looks as if this one might be yours! You did all the prep now you just have to hope it goes elsewhere.

It is the Wheather Channel if you live on the East coast of the Us. All the ways from the Fl straights to the Carolinas are being effected by some storm.

Here we go again, some old stuff, just another direction.

Well at least this storm may fix some of the signs and things since its blowing the opposite direction.

I must admit KingKole02, thats a positve approach at looking at things. Many a signs are still down here my way, maybe as you say, opposite winds will put these signs right back where they belong![?]
