no pics in email

I need some help.now when I get email all the pics are little
red x's.Got an email from moss on specials no pics just X's.
What happened????[:I]

Do you have enough disk space on your computer? If you do not have enough room, the photos that are referenced on the email will not load since it needs to store the image temporarily on your PC. Go to Windows Explorer and right click on Drive C: and then click on properties and report how much space you have on there. If you have a Drive D: that is not a CD-Rom or DVD drive, do the same there as well.

38.2 GB ,it's just plain weird,just started doing this a couple
of days ago.

You can also try to see if there's settings in your e-mail under:

Options

Mail Settings

Display Internet Images.

Which should be set to display images automatically.

The names might not be the same for the option and stuff, but it should be something similar to this. Seeing as all the images are showing red x's, the mail application, or web page is not downloading them from the server. I had this happen to me once, and I hope this helps...

Jimbo, if you are using MS XP and downloaded the new updated CD, it has changed what you can view in Outlook Express. To view them, you MUST click on a small gray bar just below the address line.
