Default Was Santa good to you?

Well, its pretty quite here today so I would think Santa was good and your all playing or installing your new toys! I quess you could be paying the price for partying too hardy!
Besides having around 14 people over Xmas eve for dinner, gifts and to party, afew of my neighbors have surprised me by barring gifts. Two gave dinner certificates to local steak houses, three came with bottles of wine and one came with a candle and home made cookies. One even gave a home made apple pie and I didn't even help her. She gave it because I made her kids happy with my Halloween decorations. Brighten my day. Wasn't expecting none of that at all. Through out the year I have helped these people one way or another while refusing any type of payment from them and now they repaid me with these tokens of appreciation. Loved it.

I hope everyone had a great Holiday weekend. Now, on to the grand finale, New Years!

It's nice to be appreciated. When it snows I always clean the walks for the lady next door. Her husband died a couple of years ago,so while I'm out there doing mine ,I always do hers.A couple times a year she brings over baked goodies.WOW, can she bake. She is a sweet old lady.
Was Santa good to you??I got an air compresser and some air tools.

Santa was great. This year has been a little trying, My mother-in-law almost died of an "anurizim" (sp) and she had Xmas dinner with us and is in really good shape. I may be going back to work from my knee problem after the holidays. And best of all, my oldest daughter got engaged to a really great guy yesterday. So all in all a great holiday. I hope everyone was as lucky.[^]

I had a nice visit at my parents. My dad has Alzheimer’s, and it’s really tough seeing such an intelligent guy who nurtured my love for cars in his present state. I got him a 2-CD set of 50’s songs, since he seems to enjoy the music when I take him to the various cruises. He got up and danced with my mom, and the look on both of their faces was the high point of the weekend. I also helped a friend store (hide) and prep a new Miata for his 16-year-old daughter. It was delivered at 2:30 AM, and a BIG surprise for her the next morning. Santa treated me well, and friends have been great. I got a digital camera, so the signature should be changing to a proper PT soon. Happy Holidays to all of you….

My wife and I were all ready for a quiet Christmas eve when the door bell rang at half-past seven. I went to hide my drink thinking that it might be carolers or the like when lo and behold it was our two youngest sons (35 and 29) coming down from Montana! Their mother was pleased and excited and I went to get my drink and hide my credit cards and cash! After a few days of fun and frolic ( four cases of beer and a couple bottles of Jack Daniels) they went back today. But, before they left and after several comments about the "Old Man's Cruiser". I torched the GoodYears and did three donuts before I headed down the road to work. I've got four messages from them asking about the Stage I and the UCP, etc. and how could that four banger put out so much torq! Kids, they'll never learn!!!

Santa was good. Spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with my entire family at our home and all had a most enjoyable time including our 16-month old grandson. Since I have been good all year I did receive a few "PT goodies"--some chrome accent parts for my dash/cabin interior

along with a BTG polished aluminum GT shock tower brace. [8D]

Hope you all have a safe and happy New Year! [8]
