The horror!!! But in all reality, your natural reflex is to do exactly what AlexAlex did, serve to avoid. A good friend of mine did the exact same thing, serve to avoid a dog a tore up the car next to him. Just bad. Glad all is well and welcome to the gang. I like the 2004 dreamer also. My car was parked on the side of the street...i was upstairs in my bedroom sleeping when it happen. Some random lady hit my car to miss the bunny.

That is a real bummer alex.A good number of years ago a car i had was totalled outside my house by a drunk driver in his works van.
He didnt swerve to miss anything..... apart from the pink elephant wearing a tutu that was ballet dancing in the street.

He didnt stop either but lucky for me i knew where he lived.

Doesn't look like your car should've been totalled - just hit in the rear.....
In my '02 PT, I got several rabbits, a squirrel, a bird, and a deer - none intentional, but they zigged when they shoulda zagged. A dog I would swerve for.
