Does anyone know of a website where I can find out what is legal or illegal to put on an automobile in the state of Maryland? [:I] I would like to put neon on and under my car, tint the glass and such, but I do not want to spend all the money if I'll get a ticket every time I pull out of the drive. snooped a bit but 'bout all I could find is the following:

(possible the law's been updated since then but don't have a current copy of MD state Codes so I'd suggest contacting MSP if you want to be 100% certain you'll be legal)

Don't know if they have a medical waiver to drop it lower as we do in VA, but 35% should be enough for ya
