i live an hour south of binghamton in PA right off rt. 811 in The scranton Area.

yeah you prolly have seen my car it looks like this

but sat i might have the white grille in becuase i'm gonna be painting the blue one like this

Starts around 5:30-6:00 but talking to some friends last evening heard it's being broken up around 8:00 due to some issues. Heard they flash the lot lights to get you to leave.
